In order for employees to login to My Attendance Manager Website or Mobile app they must have a valid email address entered in their profile.
Once the employee has an email address on their profile, you can navigate to the Personal Information Section -- Personal Tab to send an invite using the "blue "Maintain" button for "Sign On Tokens"
To send an invitation simply check the "Send invitation" Box and click "OK". If you want the employee to use My Attendance Manager on a Mobile device, you can also check the "Mobile ESS" box.
The Employee will receive an email invitation with a "Register Now" link. They simply click the Register Now button and follow the prompts on the website.
Once the employee selects the Identity Provider they can login using the newly created credentials or by simply clicking the desired identity provider.

The Mobile ESS app is called "My Attendance Manager" and is available as a free download on the Apple App store and Google Play Store.
