Addressing Missing Attestations via ESS Mobile

When an employee forgets to attest their worked shift, an alert will be displayed on the time card body.

Employees will receive a push notification to their ESS Mobile app alerting them to this condition.  They can either go back to the Time Clock and attest their shift.  See this article for more information regarding attesting shifts on the GT8 terminal.  The employee can also attest their shift directly in ESS Mobile.

An alert will appear at the top of their timeline in the ESS Mobile App.

The employee will be presented with a list of worked shifts with no attestations.

The employee can select the "Details" button to view their shift information for that day.

When ready, the employee can select the Yes or No options on the attestation screen to complete the process.
