iT100 - Factory Reset an iT100 Terminal

Step 1. Remove the screw from the bottom of the device.  This will allow you to separate the device from the mounting plate.

Step 2. Power down the device via one of these methods:

    a. Remove the AC Power Plug from the wall outlet

    b. Remove the Ethernet cable providing power to the unit. (if using POE)

    c. Flip the Power Switch on the back of the clock from the "ON" position to the "OFF" position.

Step 3. While the device is powered off, hold down the "Factory Recovery" button while you power the device back on.

Step 4.  Continue to hold the "Factory Recovery" button until the device displays the orange triangle update screen.
