From the Idle Screen type in the device PIN
Press Exit the application
Press the admin Icon
Enter 1905 PIN (quickly or the device resets)
Navigate to Settings->System->Reset option-> Erase All Data(factory reset)
Wait for clock to restart
After Reboot
Press the Admin Icon
Press Net Install Icon
Enter the following:
Net ID: 924545
PIN: 0895
The application should start after the install and clock reboots.
Note: If you receive this error message, the clock is either not connecting to the internet or cannot reach the following endpoints:

global.azure-devices-provisioning.net, TCP port 443 (HTTPS) - Device Provisioning
register.gtconnectedservices.com, TCP port 443 (HTTPS) - Device Registration
