Private Workgroups can be used to filter various screens within Attendance Enterprise, such as the Labor Dashboard or Group Scheduling. This allows you to filter the data down to the workgroup level (locations, department, etc.)
To create Private Workgroup Filters, simply click on the "My Account" icon on the top of the screen.
Select "Operator Private Workgroup Definitions" from the drop down.
Press the "Add New" Button.
Give it a name and click the "Update button.
Define the workgroup(s) for this new filter by clicking on the "Pencil" icon, selecting the desired workgroup, clicking the Blue "Update" button and click "OK"
Please Note - you may need to log out and log back in before that newly created filter appears in your drop down list on the Labor Dashboard or Group Scheduler.
