In Visual Scheduling, you can add additional information that aids in scheduling the employee to the candidate list. This can something as simple as date of hire or number of hours scheduled within the template.
Pull up the Candidate Selection box.
Drop down the "My Filter Set" and select "Customize"
A window will expand at the bottom of the screen. From here you can add or remove fields and adjust any filter set. Select the "Add Filter" to add additional fields/filters to the desired filter set.
Select the desired filter from the list. In this example we will select the "Accumulations in Template Period" so we can easily see how many hours the employee has worked within this template. This can be helpful when trying to avoid over scheduling employees and filling shifts at the end of the week.
Exit the template and go back in to see the updated candidate list.
