When searching for candidates to fill shifts in Visual Scheduling it may be necessary to extend the search and assign employees from other departments or Job Titles. To do this we need to create a new filter set.
Start by selecting "Customize" from the "My Filter Set" dropdown.
A new tab will appear at the bottom of the page. Simply click the "Create Another Filter Set" button.
Give the new filter set a name. We recommend "Extended Candidates". When finished click "OK"
Once created click the "Add Filter" button.
Select "Extended Work Position Labor Pool" from the drop down and click "OK".
Turn the new filter "On" by changing the "Off" value to "On".
Now simply exit the template and go back in and the new filter will be available for use. Additional employees, from other departments or job titles will now be available for assignment.
