When an employee refuses to attest a shift, usually this means they are missing a punch or there is some other issue with the shift. The timecard screen will show a refused attestation from the employee directly on the timecard body. In this scenario the employee stated that their punches are incorrect.
Step 1. Make the desired corrections to the shift/punches.
Step 2. Remove the Refused Attestation edit. Go to the Adjustments button at the top of the timecard screen, locate the refused attestation and select "Remove Adjustment" or "Cancel Adjustment".
Step 3. From the timecard body, click on the text bubble icon next to “Punches Incorrect" and select either "Cancel Notice Condition" or "Remove Notice Condition" to clear the alert.
